production is not accelerated. lead times vary between 4–8 weeks, depending on the material’s origin and the complexity of its finish. this is not a delay but a reflection of the time required to ensure that every roll meets the standards of transparency and quality we uphold. we do not compromise, and we do not rush.
for approved accounts, we offer net-30 terms. this is not a concession but a recognition of the trust required to sustain a relationship built on mutual respect. invoices are sent promptly, and payments are expected within 30 days. we do not negotiate terms—we honor them.
custom prints are available upon request, though they are not a default option. we do not mass-produce, and we do not alter materials without understanding their limits. if a custom print is required, it must be justified by necessity, not desire. the process is deliberate, and the cost reflects the care required to maintain the material’s integrity.
